“L'hotel ha sicuramente visto tempi migliori. Bello e attrezzato, ma un po' lasciato andare. Abbiamo apprezzzato molto la piscina e le camere, spaziose e piulite. La colazione lascia molto a desiderare sia sulle quantità/varietà che sul servizio, alcune volte si dimenticano di esporre parte della colazione, ad esempio non ci era chiaro se e quando fossero disponibili gli yogurt. Ottima la posizione per visitare la foresta di Allegheny! ”

Upon inspection of the bed sheets, mystery brown smear and lint fluffs found on one bed, clearly had not been changed, which is very frightening! Housekeeping changed the bed promptly upon request. Lots of hair and lint in corners of bathroom and the mirror had layer of dust and toothpaste spray on it. Continental breakfast was fine. Would not stay here again based on level of...

“I want to start by saying the daytime staff was extremely kind. However, in the room there were multiple cockroaches. When I went to turn on the AC, there were giant chunks of mold in the AC unit that were very easy to see. There was hair all over the shower, washcloth and towels. And for some reason the ONLY light in the bedroom was a lamp with a black light bulb?? The mini fridge was full of water and what looked like black mold. I also bought Clorox wipes to wipe down surfaces at first...

“Rode in about 8pm and the owner got me checked in and took care of me with food and drink, Nice overnight stop on Route 6.”

“I traveled with my dog and was with her 100% of the time. The owner claimed my dog damaged his property -yet didn't even state what damage was supposedly done. Clearly, he was just trying to milk me for more money. I highly recommend staying away from this property. Frankly, the amount charged was way too much to begin with. Stay here at your own risk.”

But here are a list of my complaints: 1. 85 degrees in the unit when I arrived. Contacted property manager that the AC didn't seem to be working, she replied with "did you check the thermostat?" I felt stupid for even contacting her and afraid to continue to bother her about the non working AC in a heat wave until it was so unbearable. She finally came to fix...
