“Clean room and nice one night stay.”

“L'hotel ha sicuramente visto tempi migliori. Bello e attrezzato, ma un po' lasciato andare. Abbiamo apprezzzato molto la piscina e le camere, spaziose e piulite. La colazione lascia molto a desiderare sia sulle quantità/varietà che sul servizio, alcune volte si dimenticano di esporre parte della colazione, ad esempio non ci era chiaro se e quando fossero disponibili gli yogurt. Ottima la posizione per visitare la foresta di Allegheny! ”

“My husband and I stayed overnight during our leaf peeping trip. We were able to check in early which was much appreciated as we were up before 4 AM to make the drive to the area. Front desk was very helpful, room was clean and beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good. Hot foods such as waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, and breakfast potatoes were very good. I enjoyed the breakfast and its many selections. I would recommend choosing this hotel.”

“Everything worked. The gentleman that works there is amazing. Very nice and friendly”

“I'll never use Expedia again, No way to contact them with a problem.”

“Gorgeous place. Excellent service”

“Limited parking.... may have to park on the grass. The room was very clean and had some neat antiques in it. No coffee in room but can get in the hallway. The price does not include breakfast but it is available for additional cost. Host is fast to respond.”

“I traveled with my dog and was with her 100% of the time. The owner claimed my dog damaged his property -yet didn't even state what damage was supposedly done. Clearly, he was just trying to milk me for more money. I highly recommend staying away from this property. Frankly, the amount charged was way too much to begin with. Stay here at your own risk.”

“The property is a rustic well-loved family cabin just below the Kinzua dam. Excellent location for access to the Reservoir, Heart's Content recreation area and great hiking in the Allegheny National Forest. Kristy is responsive and the place has all the basics. Perfect if you don't feel like camping. Be prepared for minimal cell service and no WiFi.”

“Be sure to ask to see some of the beautiful antique lamps that are on the property. Wonderful surroundings of fields and trees made for a restful, quiet stay. Our breakfast, our first day, led to a conversation from Timothy about dairy farming. We had no idea there was so much involved. We were glad to have found this place that was a comfortable alternative to the name brand hotels in Jamestown.”

“Travel to this location was challenging at night. The house itself is very rustic with steep stairs up to the upstairs bedrooms that could be challenging for seniors. The top of the stairs is a safety issue. The cleaning was adequate. The farm abimals nearby were fun to watch.”

“Beautiful property”

“The place is great, also the host is a great person thanks again for your hospitality”

“This is a clean old-fashioned two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and a back porch which is shared by several other units. I didn't see anyone else so they may not be occupied. There are businesses on the street level and apartments above. The building is quite old which shows in the woodwork and windows. There are air-conditioners and fans for comfort but I didn't need them. There is a large old fashioned stove in the living room at the front of the unit but I did not see anything else so...
